About the Role

The Transaction Manager (Industrial) joins a high‑performing team to serve clients directly and execute commercial real‑estate deals from start to finish. The role involves delivering presentations and supporting existing clients throughout the full lifecycle of transactions. • Coordinate operations for C&W transaction managers supporting dispersed North American real‑estate portfolios. • Process and distribute executed paperwork, acting as liaison among Real Estate, Lease Administration, and other service lines. • Manage client feedback questionnaires and surveys. • Provide documentation support for leases, renewals, purchases, sales, subleases, and options. • Communicate directly with clients to report updates to stakeholders. • Track and report lease expirations and other critical dates. • Draft and process service requests and client initiation documents. • Prepare Co‑Broker and agent engagement letters. • Oversee global transactions. • Participate in client meetings and pitch presentations. • Effectively multitask and prioritize assignments.

What You Bring

Based in East Rutherford, New Jersey, the position requires strong attention to detail and the ability to excel in a fast‑paced environment. Candidates must have prior commercial real‑estate experience, particularly in industrial transactions. • Bachelor’s degree required. • Minimum 2 years of commercial real‑estate experience, with industrial transaction expertise. • Proficiency with CoStar and Real Capital Analytics preferred. • Hold or obtain New Jersey Real Estate Salesperson’s license within six months. • Demonstrate exceptional analytical ability and meticulous attention to detail. • Ability to create cash‑flow analyses and interpret financial statements and leases. • Work efficiently both independently and within a team. • Possess strong written and oral communication skills.

The annual compensation range for this role is $107,950 – $127,000, with final pay determined by factors such as geographic location, experience, collective bargaining status, and market rates.
