About the Role
The Human Resources Specialist role supports the overall HR function by coordinating daily operations, managing documentation, and assisting in the implementation of HR strategies. This position provides both administrative and functional support to HR leadership, ensuring efficient workflow, compliance with policies, and a positive employee experience. • Coordinate new employee onboarding, including documentation, schedules, pre‑employment requirements, and relocation support. • Conduct new hire orientation to introduce company culture, values, policies, and procedures. • Respond to employee FAQs on policies, benefits, and onboarding; escalate complex issues to senior HR. • Facilitate conflict resolution and communication among employees, HR leadership, and functional managers. • Manage employee exit process, including resignation acknowledgment, clearance, final settlements, and system deactivations. • Prepare end‑of‑service letters and coordinate with Payroll, Finance, and IT for closures. • Ensure all termination activities comply with company policy and UAE Labour Law. • Utilize MS Office applications consistently for HR tasks.

What You Bring
Ideal candidates hold a bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field, possess two or more years of HR experience, and demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills.
