About the Role

• Prepares reports on shift performance for departmental supervisors. • Ensures compliance with all company policies and procedures. • Coordinates and directs production activities to ensure goods are manufactured efficiently. • Analyzes production documents to determine requirements and plans work schedules accordingly. • Collaborates with other supervisors to coordinate operations between departments. • Requests materials, supplies, equipment parts, or repair services as needed. • Maintains accurate records of operations data including employee time, production, and costs. • Implements measures to motivate employees and enhance production methods, equipment performance, and product quality. • Fosters cooperative relationships with colleagues.

What You Bring

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, climb, stoop, walk and sit for prolonged periods of time during working hours. • Strong attention to quality detail and good decision-making. • Ability to build a successful team by fostering an environment of trust. • Effective communication and excellent interpersonal relationship skills. • May require one or more of the following certifications depending upon area assigned: RCRA certification (hazardous waste management), DOT certification, HVAC certification, and/or 608 Universal Refrigerant. • First Aid and CPR. • Excellent organizational skills. • Leadership Training Courses. • Ability to work in manufacturing facilities and regularly be exposed to varying and extreme temperatures, loud noises, dust, chemical fumes, sharp metal objects and heavy forklift traffic. • Maintains regular attendance and be punctual for assigned shifts.
