About the Role
The entry‑level Associate Tool & Gage Technician calibrates and adjusts gauges to meet standards for manufacturing, assembly, and test departments. The role also manages electronic inventory records in SAP or similar systems and maintains accurate calibration records for gauges issued, returned, or serviced by internal Metrology or external vendors. Key duties include using gauge blocks, horizontal trimos, and other gauge‑setting devices, as well as receiving, storing, handling, issuing, and distributing perishable tooling, fixtures, gauges, shop supplies, and PPE. The technician must follow direction, work collaboratively with internal and external associates, and be capable of frequent heavy lifting and prolonged standing. • Calibrate and adjust gauges to manufacturing, assembly, and test standards • Manage electronic inventory and calibration records using SAP or similar systems • Use gauge blocks, horizontal trimos, and other gauge‑setting tools • Receive, store, issue, and distribute perishable tooling, fixtures, gauges, shop supplies, and PPE • Collaborate with internal and external associates while following direction

What You Bring
Minimum qualifications are U.S. citizenship, a high school diploma or equivalent, reliable transportation, and a customer‑service orientation, with the ability to work occasional overtime and weekends. Preferred qualifications include SAP knowledge, Microsoft Office proficiency, familiarity with paints and chemicals, gauge‑setting expertise, and forklift certification or the ability to obtain one. • Perform frequent heavy lifting and stand for prolonged periods • Must be a U.S. citizen with a high school diploma or equivalent • Possess reliable transportation and a customer‑service mindset • Preferred: SAP knowledge, Microsoft Office proficiency, understanding of paints/chemicals, gauge‑setting experience, forklift certification (or ability to obtain)
