About the Role
The Territory Manager, MEP will lead a regional portfolio of mechanical, electrical and plumbing accounts, conducting regular in‑person visits and leveraging data from Salesforce, Power BI and ShowPad to optimize routing and sales opportunities. The role focuses on building strong relationships with key decision makers, distributors and internal teams to execute go‑to‑market strategies and meet sales targets for power tools, hand tools and accessories. • Manage a territory of MEP accounts with regular in‑person visits. • Analyze Salesforce, Power BI, and ShowPad data to plan routing and drive sales. • Build relationships with key decision makers, distributors and internal teams. • Achieve sales targets for power tools, hand tools, accessories and support regional chains. • Deliver product training, conduct "work‑with" sessions and identify end‑user conversions. • Maintain accurate Salesforce records, manage T&E and MAP budgets, and report trends.

What You Bring
Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree—preferably in Business Management or Engineering—and have at least three years of product, commercial or industrial sales experience. Proficiency in Power BI, Salesforce and the Microsoft Suite is required, along with the ability to travel up to 50 % locally and 30 % overnight, maintain a valid driver’s license, and meet the physical demands of the position. • Bachelor’s degree required (Business Management or Engineering preferred); Master’s a plus. • Minimum 3 years of product/commercial/industrial sales experience. • Proficient in Power BI, Salesforce and MS Office for strategic planning. • Ability to travel up to 50 % locally and 30 % overnight; valid driver’s license. • Physical ability to lift up to 50 lb, stand for several hours and perform product demos.
