About the Role
The Sales & Service Supervisor (Assistant Community Manager) leads the leasing team, assists the Community Manager with sales and marketing strategy, and ensures exceptional resident experiences. This role oversees office operations, coaches leasing consultants, and upholds high standards of service and luxury living. • Set and motivate community sales goals; coach leasing consultants. • Lease apartments and convert prospects, presenting community information. • Resolve customer service issues promptly to maintain high satisfaction. • Develop and monitor programs to boost revenue, control costs, and enhance experience. • Support residents through move‑in, lease renewals, move‑out, and transfers. • Conduct market surveys of competing communities to track conditions. • Organize resident activities and events to build community connections. • Ensure compliance with all AVB policies, fair‑housing, and legal regulations.

What You Bring
Candidates should have 1‑3 years of multifamily or related hospitality experience, at least one year of supervisory or training experience, a high school diploma or GED (bachelor’s preferred), and proficiency with administrative software and Microsoft Office. • Possess 1‑3 years multifamily or related hospitality experience. • Have at least 1 year of supervisory or training experience. • Hold a high school diploma/GED; bachelor's degree preferred. • Proficient with administrative software and Microsoft Office Suite.
