Lead ERP cutover and release planning/execution for Nova Scotia Power's transformation.
Job Highlights
About the Role
• Develop and maintain comprehensive release plans, including communication strategy, scheduling, and dependency management. • Lead cutover planning, run‑book refinement, and mock/dry‑run activities for Oracle Fusion upgrades. • Facilitate release kick‑off meetings, status calls, and Go/No‑Go decisions with stakeholders. • Coordinate development, testing, and infrastructure teams to ensure seamless deployments. • Track release metrics, create dashboards, and continuously improve release processes. • Align sprint goals with release milestones and build a forward‑looking ERP release roadmap. • Serve as central point of contact for release communications and reporting to leadership. • Apply Agile or Scrum methodologies and use release management tools in an ERP environment.

What You Bring
