About the Role

The Service Account Manager drives profitable execution and growth of service agreements while strengthening client relationships. This leader is responsible for discovering and quoting field service work, forecasting revenue, managing account renewals, and collaborating with sales to develop technology roadmaps. The role also focuses on improving delivery efficiency, achieving direct charge targets, and maintaining accurate back‑office processes. • Drive discovery, quoting, approval, and execution of field service work to expand accounts and T&M revenue. • Forecast monthly service agreement costs, T&M, and project revenue; communicate status to area managers. • Deliver service financial results (revenue and margin) according to area targets. • Act as account consultant to identify improvements, expansions, and build technology roadmaps with sales. • Ensure on‑time renewal of service agreements, maintaining zero revenue gaps. • Estimate service agreements using approved tools and approve labor and project estimates. • Plan agreement execution, balance workload, and identify labor capacity and needs. • Improve delivery efficiency with advanced tools and reduce costs. • Drive technological improvements through client touchpoints and collaborate with account executives. • Achieve 50% direct charge percentage via account and project management. • Maintain accurate back‑office processes: time/expense reconciliation, reporting, and documentation.

What You Bring

• Exhibit strong written and verbal communication skills. • Demonstrate business and accounting acumen and multitasking ability. • Possess knowledge of HVAC control and mechanical systems. • Apply strong project management skills. • Proficient in MS Office and advanced estimating tools; experience with ServiceMax, Salesforce, Cora preferred. • Show leadership and teamwork capabilities. • Hold a technical degree in HVAC/mechanical (preferred) or a BS in engineering/BA in project management with 2‑5 years relevant experience.

Compensation includes a salary range of $120,000–$168,000 plus short‑term cash incentives, with benefits such as medical, dental, vision, retirement plans, generous paid time off, disability and life insurance, and tax‑advantaged accounts.
