About the Role
• Design trade‑specific electrical systems, including layout, calculations, and coordination with architectural and engineering disciplines. • Manage CAD/BIM models and supervise technical staff assigned to projects. • Participate in trade organizations and deliver presentations on project topics. • Assist with employee performance reviews as requested. • Estimate construction costs and evaluate feasibility using Rough Order of Magnitude (ROM) analysis. • Prepare engineering proposals under the direction of senior staff. • Select appropriate systems and understand the work of other trades without constant supervision. • Resolve disputes effectively and create CAD red‑marks for detailed review. • Join dynamic Employee Resource Groups within a collaborative team environment.

What You Bring
• Hold a bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Plumbing, or Electrical engineering. • Bring 7+ years of MEP experience, preferably on critical facilities projects. • Maintain EIT certification; PE or related certifications (e.g., CPD, CEM, NICET) are preferred. • Apply LEED principles to building design and demonstrate expertise in design/calculation software.
