About the Role

The Land Surveyor role in Al Quaa, Al Ain, involves performing field surveys as part of a survey crew and handling various surveying activities. You will interact with clients and contractors to verify survey requirements, ensure work is completed on schedule and within budget, and support the preparation of as‑built drawings. • Perform land/field surveys and geodetic calculations. • Interface with clients and contractors to determine and verify project survey requirements. • Complete surveying tasks on schedule, within man‑hour and cost budgets. • Check setting‑out, levels, and service locations to ensure protection. • Prepare sketches supporting field work and maintain survey information (field books, sketches, calculations). • Measure work done when required and assist in preparing as‑built drawings. • Observe site safety procedures and participate in health and safety issues as directed by the Resident Engineer and Safety Representative.

What You Bring

• Hold a Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering. • Minimum 8 years of land surveying experience, including setting‑out of roads, infrastructure, and bridge projects. • Proficient with CAD and survey software, total stations, data collectors, and GPS equipment. • Working knowledge of construction sequences and industry‑standard procedures. • Strong oral and written communication skills. • Familiarity with Abu Dhabi Authority approvals (preferred).
