About the Role
The Craft Talent Acquisition Coordinator provides administrative support for hiring the craft workforce and works closely with recruiters, candidates, hiring managers, and HR professionals to meet recruitment needs. This role ensures smooth coordination of onboarding and related processes. • Coordinate and conduct new hire orientations, including I‑9 completion and verification via E‑Verify. • Ensure all new hire paperwork is complete, entered into the HRIS, and distributed to relevant departments. • Verify job sites complete new hire paperwork accurately before employment. • Manage front desk and office services for the facility. • Process invoice vouchers and compile, prepare, run, and distribute reports. • Schedule pre‑employment drug screening and verify results. • Occasionally stoop, kneel, or bend. • Must comply with all safety standards and procedures. • Frequently use hands to grasp, lift, handle, carry, or feel objects. • Occasionally lift, push, or pull objects weighing pounds. • Sit, stand, or walk short distances for the duration of a shift. • Frequently use telephone, computer, email, and other electronic devices for communication.

What You Bring
• 3–4 years of administrative support experience. • Ability to manage a large, variable workload with timely and accurate completion. • Bilingual in Spanish (required). • Strong communication skills with professional telephone and email etiquette. • High school diploma or equivalent (required). • 1–3 years of customer service, administrative, or related experience in construction (preferred). • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite. • Interact with people and technology frequently during a shift.
