About the Role
The Health and Safety role is responsible for implementing site‑level H&S policies and procedures, coordinating safe construction activities with vendors and contractors, and ensuring compliance with client guidelines. Responsibilities include maintaining EHS records, conducting worker safety inductions, reviewing MSRA and HIRA assessments, and preparing regular reports for internal and client stakeholders. • Implement health and safety policies and procedures on site. • Coordinate safe construction activities with vendors, contractors, and client guidelines. • Maintain EHS documentation and records. • Conduct safety inductions for workers. • Review and update MSRA and HIRA assessments. • Prepare and submit regular safety reports to clients.

What You Bring
• Hold a bachelor’s or advanced technical degree in H&S management, engineering, or related specialty. • Possess at least three years of experience in industrial, civil, or technology‑related construction. • Fluent in the local language and proficient in English. • Deep knowledge of regional H&S standards and regulations. • Competent in occupational H&S management systems such as ISO 45001 or OHSAS 18001. • Expertise in hazard risk assessment, safe method statements, and root‑cause analysis. • Experience evaluating and auditing construction safety management plans (CSMPs).
