About the Role
The Service Tech 1 (Refrigeration) supports senior technicians by installing and servicing refrigeration equipment—including display case drains, walk‑in box drains, overhead hangers, and various piping—while adhering to safety standards, building codes, and customer specifications. • Participate in tuition reimbursement and ongoing online training using state‑of‑the‑art facilities • Work on year‑round, varied projects across HVAC and refrigeration industries • Assist senior technicians in installing refrigeration components such as drains, hangers, and piping • Install all types of piping, including PVC, copper, and brazed copper line sets • Use power and hand tools, scissor lifts, and forklifts safely following company and contract policies • Promptly report safety or quality concerns to senior technicians or project managers • Maintain clean, organized job sites and properly manage waste materials

What You Bring
Candidates should have at least a high‑school diploma or trade certification, with one or more years of construction, refrigeration, or HVAC experience preferred, and be able to operate tools, lifts, and perform basic math in diverse work conditions. • Demonstrate punctuality, dependability, basic math skills, and clear written and verbal communication • Hold a clean driving record and adhere to all company policies, state, and federal regulations
