The role manages day‑to‑day operations of mechanical and plumbing projects with budgets over $400,000, guiding them from conception through warranty completion. It requires successful coordination and execution of all project aspects to meet timelines and quality standards. • Oversee M&P construction projects exceeding $400,000 from inception to warranty completion. • Coordinate all project aspects to ensure timely and quality execution. • Build effective relationships and maintain high organizational standards. • Commit to safety practices, task planning, delegation, and change management. • Maintain detailed documentation and multitask across project demands. • Travel as required to project sites. • Participate in volunteer programs and community initiatives.

What You Bring
Candidates need a Bachelor’s degree in Construction, Business, Engineering or equivalent experience, plus at least five years of construction project management experience, ideally with plumbing and mechanical focus. A solid grasp of the construction process, contract terms, legal issues, and blueprint specifications is essential, as is proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Office, Solomon, and Microsoft Project. Trade licenses are considered a plus. Key abilities include excellent communication, strong decision‑making, ethical behavior, and a professional, confident demeanor. The role demands relationship‑building, organizational excellence, a tireless work ethic, commitment to safety, task planning, delegation, change management, meticulous documentation, multitasking, and willingness to travel.
