About the Role

The analyst’s primary mission is to provide visibility on performance and opportunities across the International Family Care and Professional (IFP) supply chain. Working closely with multiple functions, you will supply data, support decision‑making and help shape the network. The position supports supply chain design, planning and execution while ensuring optimal supply for customers and internal stakeholders. • Lead the quarterly forecast process for EMEA supply chain, ensuring timely and accurate submissions. • Drive supply planning initiatives to balance supply and demand and optimize delivery of goods and information. • Collaborate with the Cost Insights team to provide reporting, analytics, and data-driven insights. • Develop and support contingency and crisis management planning across the supply network. • Analyze existing processes, identify improvement areas, and monitor key performance indicators. • Share best practices and promote knowledge sharing to foster continuous learning within the organization. • Build cross‑functional relationships to influence decisions and align senior management perspectives. • Lead or support projects related to supply chain design, execution, and performance measurement.

What You Bring

We are looking for professionals with at least five years of FMCG experience, preferably in supply chain forecasting and planning. Excellent communication skills, advanced proficiency in Excel, SAP and Power BI, and exposure to project leadership are required.
