About the Role

As a plumber in the Belfast branch you will join the repairs and maintenance team, working on tenanted and void properties to carry out high‑standard plumbing repairs and refurbishments while delivering best‑in‑class customer service and meeting safety, quality and cost‑control standards. • Perform high‑standard plumbing repairs and refurbishments in tenanted and void properties. • Deliver excellent customer service while adhering to safety, quality, and cost standards. • Record all work electronically using a handheld device (worksheets, timesheets, photos, stock, leave, inspections, safeguarding, risk assessments). • Manage van stock and procure materials in line with standard operating procedures for purchasing and inventory control. • Undergo DBS, BPSS and security clearance checks with required identification documents.

What You Bring

The role requires City & Guilds or NVQ Level 3 in Plumbing, proven experience in a plumbing trade environment, strong written and verbal communication skills, a full, current UK driving licence and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Candidates must have the right to work in the UK and will undergo DBS, BPSS and security clearance checks. Required qualifications encompass CCN1 Core Domestic Gas Safety, Gas Craft NVQ L3 or equivalent, and competency in plumbing, gas service and repairs to central heating systems, cookers and the ability to multi‑skill. • Hold City & Guilds or NVQ Level 3 in Plumbing and relevant trade experience. • Possess a full, current UK driving licence and meet vehicle driving criteria (age 21+, licence held 3 months, under 9 points). • Work independently or as part of a team and communicate effectively in writing and verbally.
