Design & analyze high-voltage transmission line systems (69kV‑500kV).

About the Role
• Design and analyze overhead and underground transmission lines (69 kV to 500 kV), including structure loading, conductor selection, routing and foundations. • Apply NESC, ASCE and utility‑specific standards to ensure compliance and quality. • Support project delivery from concept through construction, handling estimating, scheduling and stakeholder coordination. • Conduct design reviews and provide technical input for accuracy, constructability and client alignment. • Collaborate with project managers, junior engineers and technical specialists to achieve successful outcomes. • Contribute to proposal development and client engagement efforts. • Participate in knowledge‑sharing and technical development initiatives.

What You Bring
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Structural or Electrical Engineering (Master’s preferred). • Professional Engineer (PE) license required; multi‑state licensure is a plus. • 8–12 years of transmission line engineering experience with a strong technical delivery record. • Proficiency in PLS‑CADD, PLS‑POLE, SAG10 and LPILE design tools. • Experience working with utilities, EPC contractors and engineering consultants. • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
