About the Role
Key duties cover development and execution of highway business plans, budgets, and performance goals; providing advice on proposals, risk assessment, and project execution; supervising staff and managing client relationships; serving as Chief Engineer or Strategist on large projects, and possibly acting as Quality Assurance Manager. What You Bring
The successful candidate must have at least 20 years of progressive design experience in highway, interchange, or urban roadway engineering for public clients, serving as a technical specialist in analysis, design criteria, and execution. Responsibilities include strategic and technical leadership of highway components, oversight of a highway group, and acting as senior technical advisor and regional professional society participant. Required qualifications include a Bachelor’s (Master’s preferred) in Civil Engineering, a Professional Engineer license (multiple jurisdictions), 20+ years of relevant experience, proficiency with MS Office and advanced design/computational software, and knowledge of multiple disciplines (roadway, transit, bridge, geotechnical, civil/site). Strong communication, leadership, and the ability to handle multiple fast‑paced projects are essential.

Benefits
