About the Role
We are seeking Expressions of Interest for a Service Delivery Coordinator to join the Department of Corrections and Ministry of Justice team. Reporting to the National Administration Manager, the role supports the delivery of high‑quality outcomes that underpin essential services and contributes to coordination and continuous improvement across the portfolio. In this role you will provide administrative services with great attention to detail, supporting the contract and making things happen for the business. The position involves championing health and safety, delivering administration functions to quality standards and agreed timeframes, developing strong collaborative customer relationships, adhering to Downer values, and managing workloads to meet business and month‑end requirements. It is suited to an outcome‑focused, proactive individual who enjoys challenges and building relationships. What You Bring
The role requires at least two years of administrative experience in a busy environment, a mature approach with initiative, exceptional organisational and time‑management skills, the ability to prioritise and multitask, excellent communication and relationship‑management abilities, teamwork focused on quality customer service, and proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
