About the Role
• Serve as technical expert, leading complex acoustical and vibration assessments across diverse projects. • Plan and develop high‑impact projects or design activities for major company programs. • Supervise medium to large teams of professionals and technicians. • Act as Project Manager on larger assignments while focusing on acoustics and vibration analyses. • Conduct architectural acoustics, environmental noise, and vibration‑related analyses. • Operate state‑of‑the‑art instruments to measure, process, and analyze noise and vibration data. • Travel to project sites as needed, including occasional overnight stays. • Operate Larson Davis instrumentation and software.

What You Bring
• Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Acoustics, Math, Physics, or a closely related field. • Possess 10+ years of acoustical analysis experience with proven marketing, project and staff management, client satisfaction, and business development. • Demonstrate leadership and team‑management abilities. • Familiarity with local clients and markets. • Proficient in Microsoft Office. • Highly motivated self‑starter. • Excellent communication skills. • Proficient with GIS and GPS tools. • Skilled in advanced software for processing noise and vibration measurement data. • Knowledge of relevant ISO and acoustical standards. • Familiar with guidance documents for acoustical analyses (FHWA, FTA, FRA, UFC, etc.). • Willingness to travel.
