What You Bring

The position is for a seasoned Project Management professional who works independently to develop project plans, schedules, and budgets, forecast revenues, track progress, and identify and resolve project issues. The role involves facilitating tasks across various functional organizations and ensuring projects stay on track and within scope. Success in this role requires a strong technical background in Direct Digital Controls, HVAC, and building automation, as well as proficiency with industry software such as AutoCAD, Bluebeam, and Carrier i‑Vu, Tridium, or BACnet systems. Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams are also essential. Applicants must hold at least a high school diploma or GED and have three or more years of Direct Digital Controls experience. Additional qualifications such as formal DDC training, HVAC experience, and familiarity with BACnet integration, graphics creation, and submittal or as‑built drawings are highly valued. • Apply knowledge of computers, networking, AutoCAD, Bluebeam, and Carrier i‑Vu/Tridium/BACnet systems. • Utilize Microsoft Suite and maintain strong written and verbal communication. • Leverage DDC control theory and HVAC/building automation expertise. • Hold a high school diploma/GED and 3+ years of Direct Digital Controls experience. • Preferred: formal DDC training, HVAC background, BACnet integration knowledge, graphics and drawing production.
