About the Role
The Sr. Inside Sales Representative serves as the front‑line contact for telephone and walk‑in customers, helping them select and rent construction or industrial equipment. This role involves understanding customer needs, negotiating and placing orders, and may include coordinating equipment delivery logistics and training team members. Strong administrative abilities and a professional attitude are essential to delivering high‑quality customer service.

What You Bring
Applicants should possess a secondary education credential and a valid driver’s license, along with several years of experience in equipment rental or a related degree plus industry exposure. The position requires physical tasks such as bending, squatting, reaching and lifting 50 pounds, and may involve indoor and outdoor work. Base pay ranges from $20.31 to $24.12 per hour, with the exact rate depending on location, education, training, and experience.
