About the Role

• Manage and execute green stormwater infrastructure projects through planning, design, and construction phases. • Lead multidisciplinary design teams and coordinate multiple assignments simultaneously. • Develop, review, and monitor project scope, schedules, and budgets against baselines. • Provide technical leadership in GSI design, including bioretention, bioswales, permeable pavements, and tree trenches. • Maintain strong client relationships and represent the firm in stakeholder meetings and public outreach. • Ensure compliance with regional regulations such as MS4 permitting, stormwater ordinances, and climate‑resilience standards.

What You Bring

We are seeking an experienced Stormwater Engineering Specialist to lead green stormwater infrastructure (GSI) projects for public and private clients in Philadelphia and across the Mid‑Atlantic region. The role combines technical leadership with project‑management responsibility, overseeing projects from planning through construction. • Hold a B.S. in Civil or Environmental Engineering (M.S. preferred). • Bring 8+ years of water, wastewater, or stormwater project experience with proven GSI expertise. • Possess or be able to obtain a Pennsylvania Professional Engineer (PE) license within one year. • Demonstrate ability to manage project budgets, schedules, staff, and client interfaces. • Proficient in AutoCAD Civil3D, GIS tools, and stormwater modeling. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for reports and presentations. • Familiar with green infrastructure best practices, climate adaptation strategies, and regulatory compliance. • Knowledge of MS4 compliance, Atlas 14 rainfall data, and emerging stormwater regulations. • PMP certification or equivalent project‑management training.
