Job Highlights
About the Role
The role involves day‑to‑day system support, monitoring and resolving issues, data discrepancies, and calculation errors. You will perform configuration changes to compensation plans and validate and load transactional data, maintaining data integrity across CRM, ERP, and HR systems. Additionally, you will assist in implementing and maintaining incentive compensation plans, supporting monthly and quarterly commission runs, and generating reports and dashboards. As the primary point of contact for end‑users, you will troubleshoot inquiries, provide training, and create documentation on system functionality. Continuous improvement is expected through identifying optimization opportunities and collaborating with IT and business teams on enhancements. The position requires independent work as well as teamwork. • Provide day‑to‑day support for .net Incentive Compensation systems and resolve operational issues. • Perform configuration changes and updates to compensation plans as needed. • Validate, load, and ensure integrity of transactional data across CRM, ERP, and HR systems. • Assist in implementing and maintaining incentive compensation plans; support commission runs and payouts. • Generate and distribute compensation reports and dashboards. • Serve as primary contact for end‑user inquiries, delivering training and documentation. • Identify process optimization opportunities and collaborate on system enhancements.

What You Bring
The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, Finance, or a related field and has at least three years of experience supporting .net incentive compensation systems or similar platforms. Strong knowledge of sales compensation processes, data flows, and system configuration is essential, along with proficiency in SQL, data analysis, and reporting tools. Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills are required, and exposure to Agile methodology is a plus. • Hold a bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, Finance, or a related discipline. • Minimum three years of experience supporting .net incentive compensation or similar systems. • Proficient in SQL, data analysis, reporting tools, and system integrations with CRM/ERP. • Demonstrate strong analytical, problem‑solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills. • Ability to work independently and effectively within a team; Agile methodology exposure is a plus.
