About the Role

The specialist’s core duties include researching, collecting, verifying and entering commercial construction project information, maximizing coverage of active projects, and ensuring data quality and performance metrics are met. They also respond to customer inquiries and provide coverage for back‑logged regions when needed. • Build and maintain relationships with industry contacts to secure construction project data. • Conduct targeted outreach via phone and email to introduce Dodge and obtain data sharing agreements. • Research, collect, verify, and enter commercial construction project information into the Dodge platform. • Maximize project coverage across the assigned West territory and provide back‑fill for open or backlogged regions. • Own data quality, meet performance metrics, and complete required documentation. • Respond to customer questions through Teams meetings or email and resolve issues.

What You Bring

Dodge Construction Network is seeking a Planning Data Specialist III for the West region. This full-time role reports to the Manager, Planning Team and focuses on building and maintaining relationships with owners, architects, general contractors and construction managers to secure project data. The position is remote, home-office based, and open to candidates residing in the West Region states (AZ, CA, CO, IA, ID, KS, MN, MO, MT, NE, ND, NM, NV, OK, OR, SD, UT, WY). Work hours are Monday‑Friday, 8:00‑5:00 PT, with an expected travel of about 5%. Minimum qualifications are a high school diploma or GED and at least three years of construction industry experience (or equivalent customer‑care experience). Candidates must demonstrate strong written and verbal communication, attention to detail, internet research skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast‑paced remote environment. Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States, undergo a background check, and may request reasonable accommodations for the application process.
