About the Role

The opportunity involves leading a diverse group of Sales & Tendering resources that support various production and operating units. The manager will drive standardisation, share best practices and develop team knowledge to meet stakeholder needs. As line manager, you will collaborate with unit counterparts to define individual goals, conduct performance development discussions and coach team members toward business and career objectives. You will monitor key INOPC KPIs, plan and hire resources, and oversee onboarding and training until operability. Financial responsibilities include offer submission, purchase-order follow-up, invoice processing and payment collection. You will promote behavioural competence, leverage best-practice learnings across teams, and ensure compliance with QMS and other procedural guidelines. The role also requires participation in continuous-improvement activities and handling complex tenders or projects (30-40% of time) as an individual contributor. Administrative duties such as managing leaves, HR infrastructure and office support are also part of the remit. • Lead and manage a diverse Sales & Tendering team supporting GIS, AIS and HUB products. • Define individual goals, conduct performance discussions and coach team members for business and career growth. • Monitor and maintain key INOPC KPIs and ensure accurate billing and financial processes. • Plan, hire, onboard and train resources, focusing on behavioural competence and continuous improvement. • Drive standardisation, share best practices and deploy learnings across units while complying with QMS. • Contribute to complex tenders and projects (30-40% of workload) as an individual contributor. • Manage administrative support for the team, including leaves, HR infrastructure and office needs. • Ensure compliance with internal procedures and external regulations.

What You Bring

The ideal candidate holds an engineering degree, preferably in electrical engineering, with a minimum of 12 years’ experience. Required expertise includes HV products and transformers, at least five years in sales and tendering for GIS or other HV products, and a minimum of two years in a team-lead or manager role. Strong leadership, stakeholder alignment, and excellent communication skills are essential. • Possess at least 12 years of experience, including 5 years in sales & tendering of GIS or HV products and 2 years in a leadership role. • Hold an engineering degree (preferably electrical) with deep technical knowledge of HV products and transformers, and demonstrate strong leadership and communication skills.
