About the Role
The Finance Director will join the $6 billion U.S. Retail Commercial Finance team in a hybrid role. What You Bring
Ideal candidates bring a results‑driven mindset, 12 + years of corporate finance, FP&A or commercial finance experience—preferably within consumer‑products and big‑box retail—and a proven record of process improvement in a matrixed organization. They must be adept at analyzing market drivers, connecting disparate data to produce accurate forecasts, and communicating insights in concise executive narratives. Proficiency with ERP and reporting tools such as SAP or Hyperion is also valued. • 12+ years experience in corporate finance, FP&A, or commercial finance within consumer products/retail. • Demonstrated ability to analyze market drivers and improve processes in a matrixed organization. • Skilled at synthesizing disparate data to create accurate forecast assumptions. • Proficient with ERP and financial reporting systems (SAP, Hyperion a plus).
