About the Role

The Sr. Manager, Collaboration Services role leads AECOM's digital transformation efforts for collaboration technologies. Based in Dallas or Houston, TX, the position offers a hybrid schedule combining on‑site presence with virtual work. The manager is accountable for designing, implementing, and supporting cost‑effective collaboration solutions across the enterprise. • Technical lead for complex global collaboration projects, ensuring solutions align with AECOM standards. • Manage collaboration technologies including M365 email, conferencing, data sharing, Cisco/Microsoft video, voice/telecommunication, and AV solutions. • Partner with outsource partners and PMO teams to keep projects on schedule. • Analyze business challenges and propose cost‑effective technical solutions within time and budget constraints. • Collaborate with the Infrastructure team to develop long‑term enterprise infrastructure strategy. • Work with Digital, Business, and Corporate teams to tailor collaboration solutions for regional use cases. • Coordinate with Business Relationship Managers to meet objectives and resolve operational issues. • Support executive town halls, earnings, and investor calls. • Assist outsource partners in addressing longstanding collaboration and infrastructure problems. • Help Corporate Communications with user communications and change management. • Manage issues, risks, and changes using AECOM PMO processes and tools. • Report project status and issues to AECOM leadership.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field and at least 10 years of IT infrastructure experience (or equivalent). • Minimum of 2 years of leadership experience. • Experience with M365, including Exchange and Teams. • Proficiency across server, storage, backup, voice, and network infrastructure. • Knowledge of basic information security protocols. • Skilled in project planning tools such as MS Project or Smartsheet. • Experience leading large‑scale enterprise projects. • Cloud migration experience is a plus. • Advanced technical degree or relevant certifications. • Experience with A/V, video conferencing, whiteboarding (e.g., Miro), and Secure Share solutions (e.g., Forta GoAnywhere). • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills across all organization levels. • Ability to manage multiple tasks through various stages of completion. • Strong facilitation skills to identify needs and evaluate alternatives. • Capability to "sell" solutions to management. • Deep understanding of infrastructure technologies and their interaction with applications and databases. • No sponsorship for U.S. work authorization.
