About the Role

As a Project Manager you will lead multidisciplinary teams through all project phases, maintain client relationships, oversee scheduling, budgeting, and quality assurance, and collaborate with accounting and business leadership for project reviews. • Direct and coordinate multidisciplinary team work throughout the project lifecycle. • Manage all aspects of complex small to medium projects or routine large projects. • Produce and oversee several small to medium projects concurrently. • Establish and maintain client relations; participate in marketing, contractual, design, and production meetings. • Conduct work sessions for deliverable development with staff and stakeholders. • Coordinate staffing and workload to ensure on‑schedule deliverables. • Track financial aspects and adjust effort to stay within budget and schedule. • Collaborate with Accounting, Operations, and Business leadership for periodic project reviews. • Implement QA/QC procedures.

What You Bring

• Experience or interest in sustainable design/LEED. • PMP certification. • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture. • Minimum 7 years related experience. • At least 2 years project management experience. • Registered Architect. • Ability to lead project teams. • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Project). • Strong planning and mentoring skills.
