About the Role
The Customer Success division supports customers at every interaction through technical support and training, ensuring high satisfaction. This role sits within that division and focuses on post‑purchase relationships for ConstructConnect products. The Customer Success Manager will maintain ongoing relationships with assigned Mid‑Market contractor accounts, driving adoption, upsell/cross‑sell, and retention. The manager is responsible for achieving uplift and retention targets while serving as the trusted advisor for each account. • Serve as primary contact and trusted advisor for Mid‑Market contractor accounts. • Drive revenue through upsell and cross‑sell initiatives. • Maintain target uplift and retention metrics. • Execute a customer engagement strategy with scheduled communications, feedback collection, and renewal planning. • Deliver product demonstrations using demo engineers and ad‑hoc sessions. • Collaborate with Onboarding and Customer Success Specialists to onboard customers and reduce churn. • Gather customer feedback to improve the overall experience. • Respond promptly to customer calls, tasks, and emails, handling escalations to satisfactory resolution. • Participate in feedback sessions, migration projects, sunsetting, and ongoing enablement.

What You Bring
Candidates must meet one of several education and experience combinations, such as a bachelor’s degree with two years of account management or sales experience, or equivalent alternatives. The role requires adherence to ConstructConnect values, consistent quota performance, and the ability to work remotely with a dedicated ergonomic workspace. Employees within commuting distance to Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky or Atlanta must attend the office on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. All hires must be eligible to work in the United States, as ConstructConnect participates in the E‑Verify program.
