About the Role
The Porter/Matron (Cleaner, Part‑Time 2nd Shift) is a member of Cushman & Wakefield’s C&W Services team, responsible for keeping client facilities clean, safe, and well‑maintained. The role supports overall facility hygiene and requires reliable attendance, teamwork, and a commitment to upholding company standards. • Perform daily and scheduled cleaning tasks in assigned work areas. • Maintain clean, neat, and organized janitorial closets and storage spaces. • Follow C&W Services‑approved cleaning procedures and safety protocols. • Operate, maintain, and report issues with cleaning equipment. • Monitor and replenish cleaning supply inventory. • Use appropriate personal protective equipment for each task. • Report unsafe conditions, security breaches, and improvement opportunities to management. • Assist with onboarding and training of new team members as directed.

What You Bring
Successful candidates must be able to follow directions, work independently or with others, exhibit high attention to detail, possess a strong work ethic, and have the physical stamina needed for manual cleaning tasks. • No prior custodial experience required; must follow instructions, work independently or as part of a team, and demonstrate high attention to detail and strong work ethic. • Preferred: 6‑12 months of advanced custodial experience (floor care, carpet maintenance such as stripping, waxing, burnishing, shampooing, extracting) and English proficiency.

Compensation is competitive and will be determined based on factors such as location, experience, and collective‑bargaining status; the company guarantees at least the minimum wage.
