About the Role
The Operations Support Specialist will help manage, direct, and implement national operational strategies to achieve Highmark’s efficiency and profitability goals. Core duties include daily support for Yardi integrations and other technical programs, project management, vendor coordination for issue resolution and program updates, and assistance with the rollout and maintenance of new initiatives. The role also involves collecting and analyzing operational data, providing summaries, and offering support to other corporate departments. • Provide daily support for Yardi integrations and related technical programs. • Manage vendor relationships for issue resolution, reporting, and program updates. • Lead project management for new integrations, initiatives, and special projects. • Create and deliver training materials; conduct rollout training. • Collect and analyze operational data, summarizing findings for stakeholders. • Support corporate departments and collaborate on non‑recurring projects.

What You Bring
Candidates must have at least three years of multifamily industry experience and preferably a bachelor’s degree or some post‑secondary education. Required skills include intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office and Canva, excellent written and verbal communication, strong attention to detail, organizational and multitasking abilities, and the capacity to work independently in a fast‑paced environment. Experience with Yardi or Blue Moon is preferred, along with a customer‑service mindset and the ability to coordinate activities and meet deadlines. The position requires the ability to interpret, evaluate, and communicate detailed written and verbal instructions accurately and quickly. Physical demands include normal vision, hearing, and speech, prolonged sitting, and occasional overnight travel up to 10 % of the time. Employees must be able to cover travel expenses with a personal credit card and await reimbursement, which may take up to 30 days. • Minimum 3 years multifamily industry experience; bachelor's degree preferred. • Proficient in MS Office and Canva; strong writing and communication skills. • Detail‑oriented with excellent organizational, multitasking, and proofing abilities. • Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, evolving environment and work independently or in teams. • Customer‑service mindset; preferred experience with Yardi and Blue Moon. • Physical: normal vision, hearing, speech; long‑period sitting; occasional overnight travel (~10%); ability to handle expense reimbursements.
