About the Role
• Facilitate the adoption of new systems, processes, methods, projects through strong use and support of change management methods (e.g. ADKAR) • Be a key leader in the development and implementation of long-range business strategy • Promote a culture of safety awareness and ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and other safety protocols • Lead Manufacturing Operations for a region consisting of one or more production facilities • Lead and develop the Manufacturing Operations team – leadership as well as front-line operators • Working through your team, plan and lead the operational delivery of all products and projects achieving safety, quality, delivery, and cost performance • Facilitate decision making using the Choosing By Advantages (CBA) Decision Making System methods • Collaboratively work with all other functions to drive overall business success • Identify areas for process enhancement and implement solutions to streamline manufacturing workflows. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and Lean Manufacturing principles throughout the organization • Collaborate with the other Operations functions to implement new products, projects, changes, and operations • Drive the application of Lean principles into daily management and all related deliverables, systems, and processes • Support the bid and proposal process as required
