About the Role
The Cargo Technician plays a key role in daily operations by preparing equipment for delivery, supporting drivers with loading and unloading, and maintaining an organized yard environment. This position ensures that equipment is ready for customer pick-ups and that return processes run smoothly. • Stage outgoing equipment orders truck load as directed by dispatch • Assist drivers with unloading and loading of equipment • Assist drivers with equipment refueling • Ensure returned equipment area is organized • Assist in staging customer pick ups • Assist customers load and unload equipment • Properly fill out customer return tickets • Help maintain a neat and organized yard space in general

What You Bring
The role requires strong time-management and organizational skills, the ability to work flexible and sometimes long hours, and the physical capability to lift heavy items and perform manual tasks such as bending, squatting, and reaching.
