About the Role

As a Mechanical Engineer III‑IV, you will represent the firm in interactions with clients, contractors, architects, and project team members, lead the design of large projects, and produce reports and specifications. Additional duties include providing consulting services such as due‑diligence and feasibility reports, developing sustainable mechanical solutions, overseeing production of drawings, coordinating with design teams and owners, establishing design standards, preparing proposals and managing contracts, conducting business development, setting budgets and schedules, participating in QA/QC, and managing staff resources. • Represent the firm with clients, contractors, architects, and project team members. • Design large-scale mechanical systems and produce detailed drawings and specifications. • Prepare due diligence, gap analysis, and feasibility reports. • Develop sustainable mechanical concepts and ensure compliance with client standards. • Coordinate mechanical designs with architectural, structural, electrical, and telecom disciplines. • Establish project design standards, specifications, and criteria. • Prepare proposals and manage project contracts, including service agreements. • Conduct business development activities and deliver presentations. • Establish project budgets and schedules; oversee QA/QC processes. • Manage staff resources and conduct performance reviews.

What You Bring

Candidates must hold an EIT/FE certification, a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, and 3.5–8 years of consulting experience. Preferred qualifications include LEED AP accreditation, strong coordination skills across disciplines, and proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit, with the ability to design for commercial, mixed‑use, mission‑critical, life‑science, and R&D facilities. • Hold an EIT/FE certification and a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering. • Possess 3.5–8 years of consulting experience; LEED AP accreditation preferred. • Proficient in AutoCAD and Revit; ability to design for commercial, mixed‑use, mission‑critical, life‑science, and R&D facilities.
