About the Role

What You Bring
Mortenson seeks an experienced Project Executive I to provide overall management for large projects, lead the project team, and ensure strong customer relations while supporting operating groups in winning work. The role requires flexibility, resourcefulness, proactivity, efficiency, professionalism, and confidentiality when interacting with staff at all levels in a dynamic environment. Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship, and the company does not accept unsolicited agency communications without a valid agreement. • Bachelor’s degree in Construction, Civil, Architectural Engineering, or Construction Management (or equivalent) • Minimum 10 years’ experience overseeing large construction projects • Ability to manage development through closeout for multiple complex projects • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills • Basic understanding of construction law and business practices • Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office, project software, and web applications • Positive professional attitude and strong customer service skills • Ability to interpret and communicate Mortenson policies • Valid driver’s license • Knowledge of EEOP, inclusive behaviors, and affirmative action plans

Benefits
The base pay range for this role is $168,100‑$252,200, with higher ranges for specific office locations (Denver, CO and Chicago, IL +5%; Seattle, WA and Portland, OR +10%; Washington, D.C. +12.5%).
