About the Role
The Senior Analyst role on the Advisory US West Region team supports real‑estate and urban‑policy financial analysis. Based in Dallas, TX (with additional locations available), the analyst builds complex cash‑flow models, conducts market studies, and helps clients use real property to achieve policy objectives. • Lead quantitative and qualitative analysis; build cash‑flow and financial models; conduct market analysis; test scenarios; summarize results. • Serve as Task Lead for advisory assignments; prepare reports and presentations; coordinate staff; present findings to clients. • Provide project‑finance input, review assumptions, and advise on proposals across the Advisory practice. • Develop and maintain a repository of Excel models, templates, default inputs, and research resources. • Support service areas such as business case analysis, development feasibility, highest‑and‑best‑use studies, funding strategies, economic development, fiscal impact, decarbonization, utility and policy studies, master planning, affordable housing, office‑to‑residential conversions, RFQs/RFPs, developer evaluations, and demand assessments.

What You Bring
• Minimum qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in real estate, finance, economics, business or planning and at least 4 years of relevant experience. • Preferred qualifications: 5+ years experience; Master’s degree; expert Excel modeling; experience structuring debt, equity, and public funding; real‑estate underwriting; executive‑level presentations; strong research; public‑sector policy exposure; detail‑oriented; independent work; multidisciplinary collaboration; clear communication.
