About the Role
The Electrical Executive will guide the design phase, collaborate with project management and operations teams, and ensure successful execution of testing, commissioning, and product launch activities. • Resolve complex technical issues during product development, manufacturing, testing, and commissioning. • Lead and mentor technical personnel across multiple departments. • Direct operational modifications and enhancements to the electrical product line. • Advise on project schedules, constraints, and resource allocation. • Manage solicitation, selection, and contracting with design partners. • Provide electrical support for projects in development or construction phases. • Define, plan, develop, and execute testing, product launch, and commissioning programs. • Negotiate with suppliers and deliver technical support during production. • Stay current on emerging technologies and industry trends.

What You Bring
The role requires a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or a related discipline, at least ten years of experience in construction management, medium‑voltage electrical design, R&D, or engineering of electrical skid products, and preferably a professional engineering license, along with proven team‑leadership capabilities. • Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or related field (preferred). • Minimum 10 years experience in construction management, medium‑voltage design, R&D, or electrical skid product engineering. • Professional engineering (PE) license preferred. • Demonstrated team leadership and project management skills. • Ability to work independently with strong problem‑solving and self‑starting habits. • Excellent communication across all organizational levels and superior customer service. • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite. • Knowledge of contract fundamentals, active listening, and EE‑O/affirmative action principles.
