About the Role

Specify, design, build, debug, validate and deploy computer‑automated test systems and processes for manufacturing and subcontractor facilities. Assist in designing and installing infrastructure to test medium‑voltage and three‑phase electrical equipment, and collaborate with design engineers to incorporate design‑for‑test concepts during development. Generate and implement comprehensive test plans, develop final‑assembly and sub‑assembly functional test equipment and procedures for global deployment and external suppliers, and conduct fault insertion analysis to support FMEA and troubleshooting. Implement statistical process control on recorded test data, collect data from test fixtures for Quality analysis, train test operators, and drive continuous improvement across all test processes. Initiate and manage capital projects for test equipment, facility enhancements, and new product start‑ups, and apply engineering changes, Lean Manufacturing techniques, and ISO 9001 documentation to reduce cycle time and cost while maintaining equipment calibration.
