About the Role
The successful candidate will lead a land development team, build and maintain relationships with key clients, architects, developers, land‑use attorneys, planners, and land owners, and operate with integrity while providing vision, business planning, and strategy. What You Bring
Qualifications include a minimum of eight years of relevant land development experience, a registered Professional Engineer (P.E.) license, extensive client contacts, strong technical skills with AutoCAD Civil3D, and experience in business development, proposal writing, scope definition, and budgeting. The candidate must demonstrate excellent communication at all organizational levels, the ability to manage and mentor staff positively, and a proven record of profitable project delivery. • Have at least 8 years of land development experience and a PE license. • Demonstrate strong technical skills in AutoCAD Civil3D. • Proven business development experience: proposals, scopes, budgeting. • Communicate effectively at all levels of the organization.
