The Sales Executive role in Seattle will represent LoopNet’s sophisticated digital‑advertising and marketing solutions, partnering with top owners and brokers to craft comprehensive online strategies that showcase and differentiate property portfolios. Success depends on building long‑lasting, service‑focused relationships, advising clients on product frequency, reach and brand efficacy, and demonstrating ROI through proprietary analytics. Daily activities include prospecting, market research, and delivering product demonstrations while leveraging CoStar’s deep industry expertise. • Cultivate consultative relationships to drive advertising revenue and act as a trusted advisor. • Prospect and acquire new clients using CoStar property data. • Collaborate with LoopNet and CoStar teams to meet sales targets. • Develop expertise in digital advertising, commercial real estate, and market trends. • Provide outstanding customer support through regular communication and market insights. • Conduct in‑person client meetings, including necessary travel.

What You Bring
All new Sales Executives receive extensive classroom and field training to master product knowledge, industry fundamentals and digital‑marketing skills, working alongside product marketing and management specialists. The position is on‑site at the Seattle office and may require travel for in‑person client meetings. This structured onboarding prepares team members to build credibility, represent the brand with confidence, and achieve their career goals. • Minimum 4 years of B2B sales experience. • At least 2 years of commercial real‑estate experience. • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution. • Proven record of exceeding sales quotas. • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record. • Experience building relationships with senior/C‑suite clients. • Ability to analyze data, create reports, and make strategic recommendations. • Self‑starter who works well independently and in teams.
