About the Role

As an Assistant Property Manager you will play a vital role in the smooth operation of the property under the guidance of the Property Manager, assisting with leasing, collections, resident services, maintenance oversight and ensuring high standards of service for residents and staff. • Address delinquent accounts, initiate evictions, and attend court hearings • Process rent collections, security deposit refunds, and resident payments • Manage leasing activities: show units, schedule appointments, handle move‑ins, lease renewals, and resident insurance • Maintain accurate resident records and correspondence • Support property manager, create monthly reports, and train office staff • Coordinate vendor relationships, ensure proper invoicing and statements • Oversee lease compliance and renewal documentation • Ensure adherence to Fair Housing laws and company policies
