About the Role
The Collections Specialist role is part of the Financial Services team, working remotely in the East Coast time zone. The specialist reviews post‑charge‑off accounts, contacts account holders to arrange payments, and prepares documentation for legal or placement actions while maintaining detailed records in Salesforce. • Review post‑charge‑off accounts and recommend collection actions. • Contact account holders to arrange payments, payment plans, or settlements. • Recommend accounts for legal assignment and ensure complete documentation. • Prepare accounts for placement and submit required supporting documents. • Document collection attempts in Salesforce or other repositories. • Apply commercially reasonable tactics to resolve assigned accounts. • Uphold confidentiality and integrity of information.

What You Bring
