About the Role

Participants will rotate through product areas, demand/supply marketing, general functions such as quality, HSE, HR, finance, and field service or supply chain, taking direction from and supporting project managers and senior team members. They will demonstrate Hitachi Energy’s core values—culture of safety, client first, integrity & transparency, collaboration, innovation, and excellence—and act as ambassadors for the Diversity 360 initiative. • Rotate through product areas (e.g., DTB/PASS, PQP/SA, GIS, Insulated Transformer) supporting project managers. • Rotate in demand/supply marketing or marketing/sales, assisting senior team members. • Rotate in general functions (quality, HSE, human resources, finance) under senior guidance. • Rotate in field service or supply chain, providing support to senior staff.

It offers two years of rotating, hands‑on experience across project and cost management, field and floor supervision, marketing, sales, procurement, supply chain, and safety within the Power Grid High Voltage (PGHV) business. Upon completing the program, graduates may move into roles such as procurement, marketing & sales, assistant project manager, distribution, supply chain, or manufacturing supervisor, having developed PGHV management skills through mentorship and practical experience. • Demonstrate Hitachi Energy core values: safety, client first, integrity, collaboration, innovation, and excellence, and champion Diversity 360. • Hold a BA/BS/MA/MS in business administration, psychology, communications, marketing, education, computer science, finance, economics, engineering or a related discipline. • Have authorized work status to be employed by Hitachi Energy in the United States. • Show strong verbal and written communication skills and maintain discretion and confidentiality at all times. • Ability to follow directions, manage time effectively, and stay organized. • Proficient in Microsoft Teams, Word, Outlook, and Excel.
