Maintain and repair quarry equipment on night shift, including welding and inspections.

About the Role
• Perform routine inspections, preventative maintenance, and repairs on stationary crushing, screening, and conveying equipment. • Troubleshoot mechanical issues with crushers, screens, conveyors, pumps, and other plant systems. • Replace or repair bearings, belts, pulleys, motors, gearboxes, liners, and other plant components as needed. • Conduct welding, cutting, and fabrication work to repair or modify equipment and structures. • Assist with equipment installation, alignment, and setup of new plant components. • Maintain accurate maintenance and service records. • Collaborate with production personnel to minimize downtime and ensure safe, efficient plant operations. • Operate mobile equipment such as forklifts, skid steers, and manlifts for maintenance tasks. • Follow company safety policies, lockout/tagout procedures, and environmental regulations. • Participate in daily safety meetings and promptly communicate equipment issues to supervisors.

What You Bring
• Demonstrated commitment to safe work practices. • Previous maintenance experience with mechanical aptitude. • Ability to diagnose and perform plant repairs. • Willingness to work regular 4 p.m.–2 a.m. shift, including overtime and weekends. • Ability to work outdoors in various conditions. • Pass pre‑employment drug screening.
