About the Role
The AO establishes and maintains effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders. They develop clear taskings, solicit and consolidate responses, and deliver accurate, defendable deliverables for government review. They coordinate with the Chief of Staff to assign tasks, track questions, and monitor action progress, generating metrics and periodic reports. Additional duties include disseminating policy and legislative changes, drafting and proofreading correspondence, and maintaining quality‑controlled presentations for agency‑level audiences. The AO supports the development of weekly activity reports and participates in DAG‑related meetings. • Develop clear taskings, solicit responses, and consolidate information for accurate government deliverables. • Coordinate task assignments and question tracking with the Chief of Staff. • Monitor action progress, generate accountability metrics, and prepare periodic status reports. • Disseminate policy and legislative updates to internal stakeholders. • Draft, proofread, edit, and finalize internal and external correspondence. • Create and maintain quality‑controlled presentations for agency‑level audiences. • Support the compilation of weekly activity reports and participate in DAG meetings. • Maintain an active TS/SCI clearance with CI polygraph.

What You Bring
The position requires a bachelor’s or associate degree in any discipline and 3‑5 years of experience in DAG‑related functions. Prior experience with the target agency, knowledge of its structure and processes, and demonstrated work with senior executives are desired. An active TS/SCI clearance with CI polygraph is mandatory. • Hold a bachelor’s or associate degree (any discipline) and 3‑5 years DAG‑related experience. • Possess prior knowledge of the target agency’s structure, missions, and business processes.
