What You Bring

• Required: Chartered QS (MRICS) or degree in Quantity Surveying (or equivalent) working towards chartered status. • Required: Proven experience delivering within a Cost Consultancy or Main Contractor environment. • Required: Experience with NEC contracts. • Preferred: Experience using CEMAR. • Preferred: Excellent report writing skills. • Preferred: Ability to prioritize and work under pressure. • Preferred: Strong relationship‑building with clients and colleagues. • Preferred: Excellent presentation and communication abilities. • Preferred: Effective time management. • Preferred: Customer‑focused mindset. • Preferred: Experience with electronic measurement systems.
