USA NR - Mining & Metals Delivery Lead
Lead and grow the US Mining & Metals business unit, overseeing P&L and expansion.

About the Role
• Define and execute US Mining & Metals strategy. • Recruit, mentor and lead high‑performing teams, including sub‑regional directors and technical leaders. • Build service propositions and pipeline with global teams, clients and alliance partners. • Develop capability and value propositions to improve opportunity conversion. • Maintain a pipeline of recruits and justify speculative hiring as needed. • Expand business beyond key accounts to achieve $45 M turnover by FY 2026 and support Vision 2030 growth. • Ensure service reviews, assurance activities and exceed client expectations. • Oversee compliance, risk management and SOX controls where applicable. • Drive aggressive sales and market expansion targets across clean energy and transmission sectors. • Cultivate strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders and industry partners. • Represent the unit externally to enhance brand visibility and thought leadership. • Manage delivery, compliance and quality to ensure operational excellence. • Inspire and guide internal teams, building trust in Turner & Townsend brand. • Lead by example in delivery and quality assurance. • Collaborate globally, share best practices and contribute to initiatives. • Develop succession plans and elevate talent across the business. • Promote an inclusive leadership culture for diversity and equality.

What You Bring
• Own full P&L, driving revenue, margin and operational efficiency. • 20+ years Mining & Metals experience with $10 B+ projects. • Proven P&L management and achievement of aggressive growth targets. • Strong sales, business development and high‑stakes negotiation skills. • Experience in project controls, PM services and commercial function setup. • Consulting services sales experience preferred; exposure to client and contractor settings. • Onshore/offshore, domestic and international experience in multicultural environments. • Bachelor’s in Engineering/Construction Management; Executive MBA preferred. • Exceptional communication and influencing at program board level.
