Business Transformation Lead | ICT Integration

About the Role

In this role you will lead transformation across IADB projects, advise on organisational design, systems and processes, and manage stakeholder engagement. You will work with internal and external stakeholders to identify resistance, misinformation, capability gaps and learning needs, and you will review, analyse and assure business and system processes, offering recommendations and updating documentation. You will develop and support IADB Transformation Plans that align with Defence strategy, including roadmaps, risk and issue management, and delivery of key milestones such as Capability One, Material Releases, IOC and FOC. Additionally, you will design, assure and evaluate training and learning strategies to build capability, drive behavioural change and ensure transformation outcomes are achieved. • Lead business transformation across IADB projects, advising on organisational design, systems, processes, and stakeholder engagement. • Identify resistance, misinformation, capability gaps, and learning needs by engaging internal and external stakeholders. • Review, analyse, and assure business and systems processes, providing recommendations and updating documentation. • Develop and support IADB Transformation Plans aligned with Defence strategy, including roadmaps, risk and issue management, and milestone delivery. • Design, assure, and evaluate training and learning strategies to build capability, drive behavioural change, and achieve transformation outcomes.

What You Bring

The ideal candidate has strong experience as a Business Analyst delivering outcomes in Defence environments, including ICT integration projects, and can lead, engage and collaborate with diverse stakeholders across technical and business teams. You must own business requirements definition and documentation, use use‑case methodologies, adapt analysis tools as needed, and apply fit‑for‑purpose business analysis approaches in fast‑moving project environments. A proactive approach to accelerated end‑user engagement is required to ensure requirements are clearly understood, validated and adopted. You must hold and maintain at least a Negative Vetting 1 security clearance, with possible ITAR compliance, and demonstrate a strong work ethic, positive attitude and commitment to high‑quality outcomes. • Proven experience as a Business Analyst delivering outcomes in Defence ICT integration projects. • Ability to lead, engage, and collaborate with diverse stakeholders across technical and business teams. • Expertise in defining and documenting business requirements using use case methodologies and adaptable analysis tools. • Skilled in applying fit‑for‑purpose business analysis approaches in fast‑moving project environments. • Proactive in accelerated end‑user engagement to ensure clear understanding, validation, and adoption of requirements. • Hold and maintain a Negative Vetting 1 (NV1) or higher security clearance; may require ITAR compliance. • Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and commitment to delivering high‑quality outcomes for clients.
