About the Role
The role’s primary objective is to ensure the regional order revenue target is met by driving income through assigned channels. This is achieved by developing and executing channel‑specific strategic pillars that align with the region’s growth goals. The incumbent will design commercial strategies (Joint Business Plans), regularly assess their performance, and take corrective actions when targets are missed. They will manage relationships with distribution channels and demand generators, oversee inventory and project handling, coordinate joint visits and trainings, and ensure effective communication across all distributor functions. Additional duties include monitoring distributor inventories, creating sell‑out strategies, evaluating channel coverage, registering purchase orders in SharePoint, coordinating with finance, customer service, and marketing, managing marketing funds, contributing to SIOP forecasts, and maintaining up‑to‑date CRM records. Any other tasks required for operations may also be performed. • Develop and execute channel‑specific strategic pillars aligned with regional revenue goals. • Design and implement Joint Business Plans to meet assigned sales targets. • Monitor and adjust strategies regularly, taking corrective actions when off‑track. • Manage relationships with distributors and demand generators, including joint visits and training. • Oversee distributor inventory, create sell‑out strategies, and ensure information flow. • Evaluate channel coverage and propose new or optimized channels. • Register purchase orders in SharePoint and ensure correct system entry. • Coordinate financial aspects such as credit limits and portfolio status. • Align with Customer Service and Marketing on order follow‑up and channel programs. • Control marketing fund usage and allocate resources for strategic activities. • Contribute sales forecasts to the SIOP process and keep CRM data current.

What You Bring
Candidates must have a minimum of five years’ experience in sales channels, a bachelor's degree in engineering (electrical, electronic, mechanical, mechatronics or related), strong knowledge of electricity, and proven consultative sales skills. English at a B1 level, ability to prospect and manage opportunities, and a results‑driven, responsible, and passionate attitude are required. • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales channel management. • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronic, Mechanical, Mechatronics engineering or equivalent with strong sales experience. • Knowledge of electricity and consultative selling techniques. • English proficiency at B1 level. • Proven ability in prospecting, opportunity management, and delivering results. • Demonstrated responsibility, passion, and results orientation.
